PROFESSIONAL HOUSEKEEPER COURSE (PHC)
Program Description
This professional housekeeper course is designed to increase your professionalism and to show how you serve guests better and more profitably. This program discusses your important role in providing quality service to guests at your hotel, and it walks you through the steps of preparing for work and cleaning the guestroom.
Programme Objectives:
After successfully completing this programme, participants will be able to:
- Understand how to serve different types of guests
- Provide quality guest service during check-in
- Handle special situations during check-in
- Provide quality guest service during the stay
- Provide quality guest service at check-out
Requirements
- Applicant must be a graduate of the Hospitality/Tourism Management Program or equivalent/allied programs as identified by CMO 62, S. 2017
- Submit accomplished Application Form & Letter
- Proof of payment
