Program Description
CERTIFICATE IN HOSPITALITY AND TOURISM TECHNOLOGY SYSTEMS aims to provide fundamentals of technology systems and their common functions to users via online delivery and hands-on workshop. Students can learn about the different technologies being used in the tourism and hospitality industry which never been covered comprehensively in schools due to lack of trained teachers and the right technology.

FOUNDATION COURSE:
- Knowing The Technology Systems to Operate an Automated System
TRACK 1:
- Reservation Channels and System and Rooms Management and Guest Accounting
TRACK 2:
- Property Management System Interfaces, Point of Sale Technology, GDS Level 1: Amadeus Basic Course(Encoding and Decoding) and GDS Level 2: Passenger Name Record (PNR)
TRACK 3:
- Food and Beverage Management Applications and Sales and Catering Applications
Requirements
- Applicant must be a student of the Hospitality/Tourism Management Program or equivalent/allied programs as identified by CMO 62, S. 2017
