This program is designed to enhance the skills and competencies of trainees by immersing them in the functionalities of both the Rooms Management System (RMS) and Point-of-Sale system (POS) within a Hotel Property Management System. Participants will gain proficiency in utilizing the RMS for effective room management and understand how to leverage its features. Additionally, the program includes training modules that focus on the Point-of-Sale system, emphasizing technology applications in the context of restaurants, hotels, and other food and beverage enterprises. Trainees will not only develop a strong foundation in the core functionalities of both systems but also learn how to interpret and utilize various reports commonly generated using the RMS of the Property Management System (PMS).
