The CAHTP PLUS Mabuhay Internship Program offers students in hospitality and tourism a transformative experience with hands-on training and prestigious certifications. Participants gain practical skills through placements at renowned hotels, restaurants, and airports while earning the Certified Associate Hospitality Professional (CAHP) and Certified Associate Tourism Professional (CATP) certifications. These credentials validate their expertise, align with international standards, and support CHED guidelines for conducting complete and flexible practicum. The program features a blend of face-to-face and online learning. It is accredited by Smart Awards UK for the issuance of International Certificate and is endorsed by IACHTP, equipping students with globally recognized qualifications for career advancement.

Requirements

For the students/interns, using a program structure, you need to make sure that you submit the following:

  • Application Form
  • Medical Clearance or Fit to Join Clearance from a Physician
  • Proof of MIP Enrollment and Payment
  • Signed and Notrarized Waiver and Parent Consent Form

For the college/ university, there are 2 important documents:

  • Signed MOA/MOU or Letter of Agreement
  • Signed Endorsement Form per Student or per cohort of students
  • Signed Letter of Guarantee for installment and group payment from the school
