PROFESSIONAL FRONT OFFICE COURSE (PFOC)
Program Description
This professional front office course is designed to gain knowledge, confidence and know-how that’s becoming of a front office professional. Delve deeper into the fundamental skills required of a front office professional, and learn more about the essentials needed to make a lasting first impression on Guest.
Programme Objectives:
After successfully completing the programme, you will be able to:
- Explain how each housekeeper affects the hotel equality
- Practise good hygiene, stock a housekeeping cart, and secure keys and cards
- Enter guestrooms correctly and explain what to do when a guest is still there.
- Straighten up a guestroom, make beds, dust, clean bathrooms, and put final touches on guestrooms
- Vacuum guestrooms and maintain the vacuum cleaner
- Provide quality guest service through turndown service, expert handling of requests, and understanding guest complaints.
Requirements
- Applicant must be a graduate of the Hospitality/Tourism Management Program or equivalent/allied programs as identified by CMO 62, S. 2017
- Submit accomplished Application Form & Letter
