The Professional Hotel Front Office Course (PHFOC) is a comprehensive program crafted to cultivate proficient and adept professionals capable of delivering exceptional front office services to esteemed guests. Participants will be immersed in a structured curriculum that covers a range of front-office procedures, including reservation management, check-in and check-out processes, and billing settlement. Additionally, participants will acquire in-depth technical expertise in navigating property management systems integral to the hotel’s front-office operations.
Programme Outcome:
Upon successful completion of the certification training and assessment, participants will be able to:
- Develop a nuanced understanding of the hotel front office environment and its pivotal roles.
- Implement various systematic procedures aligned with industry best practices to optimize front-office operations.
- Demonstrate mastery of property management systems to streamline guest reservations, ensure efficient check-in and check-out experiences, and facilitate seamless billing processes.

The Hotel Front Office Services with Property Management System Program was mapped from Front Office Services NC II qualification of Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA). Here are the unit of competencies included in this course:
- Receive and process reservations
- Operate computerized reservations system
