Program Description
The Certified Tourism Management Professional (CTMP) program is designed to give tourism sector professionals the skills and information they need to advance in their careers. The five industry-specific Cognate modules cover Applied Ethics, Customer Relationship Management, Human Resource Management, Strategic Marketing, and Financial Analysis. The Professional Core Courses offer learners insights into revenue management, pricing strategies, distribution avenues, sustainability tourism with policy and development management, and principles of tourism technology systems. Global Professional Advancement and the International Alliance of Certified Hospitality and Tourism Professionals (IACHTP) have partnered to jointly and cooperatively deliver the CTMP training program study. The program is a strong foundation for success in the tourism business, regardless of whether participants are looking for a promotion, further education, upskilling, or a career change.

Requirements
- Applicant must be a graduate of the Hospitality/Tourism Management Program or equivalent/allied programs as identified by CMO 62, S. 2017
- Submit e-copy of Transcript of Records and Diploma
- Submit accomplished Application Form & Letter
- Submit scan copy of a 2×2 size picture with white background (Business attire)
- Submit updated Curriculum Vitae, specifically outlining hospitality/ tourism industry work experience
- Submit scan copy of 1 Government Issued ID with a picture

Yes, as long as you have at least 1-year experience in the hospitality/tourism industry, you just need to submit a Certificate of Employment that you are working in the hospitality/tourism industry.

Quizzes and Summative Assessment
The quizzes are the pre-requisite in order to take the summative assessment. These are the quizzes that you have to answer in a given schedule. While the summative assessment will be considered as the final exam that will determined if you will be a designation holder of the CHMP/CTMP program.
You will have an e-module transcript from GPA, e-certificate of completion from GPA, and e-designation certificate from IACHTP, you can also use the CHMP/CTMP as suffix after your name. You can also apply for Professional Membership of this organization once you passed this program.
Yes, we will still give you chance to answer it, please wait for our email regarding your quiz status, we will tell you when we will open the quiz again in the email.
If you don’t passed the quiz for the 1st time, we will still give you a chance to retake the quiz.
We usually email the participants at the 11th day for their quiz status.
Unfortunately, you can’t take the summative assessment, since the quizzes are pre-requisite of the program. You have to reenroll in order to retake for the 3rd time.
We will give you a chance for retake. We will email you when you can retake the summative assessment.

Applicable to all takers/holders from the previous boot camp of GPA for Certified Hospitality Professional (CHP) and Certified Tourism Professional (CTP)
- Proof of taking the boot camp like Certificate of Participation from GPA
- Submit e-copy of previous CHP/CTP Certificate
- Submit accomplished Application Form and Letter
- Scan copy of 2×2 size picture with white background (Business attire)
- Submit updated Curriculum Vitae
- Submit scan copy of 1 Government Issued ID with picture
Investment fee is Php 2,800.00/per program
E-Professional Designation Certificate from IACHTP, you can also apply for Professional Membership of this organization
